Our Philosophy

COME AS YOU ARE

We bring our heads and our hearts to all of your business functions.

You choose how to run your business. We won’t change or diminish your ideas–we’re here to support them! Our diverse team is laser-focused only on what’s necessary to accelerate your business, leaving the creative details up to you.

OUR MISSION

Sandbox helps venture stage companies navigate the often overwhelming and complicated world of building, sustaining, and growing a business. We do this by providing founder friendly business solutions, strategic support…and a whole lot of heart.

OUR VISION

Sandbox will be the leader in venture-stage consulting known for scaling and exiting mission-driven startups with an explicit focus on increasing access and equity for underrepresented founders.

Company History

PLAY NICE, DREAM BIG, AND
COME SHOVEL-READY

Before building Sandbox, Jill, Mike and Liz were all working independently to assist start-ups that lacked access to affordable, honest and hardworking expertise. Their observation: businesses were chronically under-analyzed and operating without the systems to monetize, scale, hire and thrive.

With this in mind, the three partners joined forces to disrupt the traditional consulting framework. The name Sandbox is intentional–creation happens when you play nice, dream big and come shovel-ready.

Sandbox Promises

  • We'll love your company as much as you do.

We wake up every morning ready to help you reach your start-up’s fullest potential.

  • We'll find the solution (even if it's not us.)

Whether it’s rolling up our sleeves to help in a crisis or connecting you with our community’s best and brightest, we’re here to tackle all of your business needs.

  • We'll grow with you until you outgrow us.

We promise to stick around and help your team as long as we’re productive and adding value.

  • We bring the fun!

Sandbox was built on the belief that work is fun when you have the right team.

“It is the ultimate luxury to combine passion and contribution.”

— SHERYL SANDBERG

But enough about us. Let’s talk about you.
